With our Management and Operations Trainee program, you will have the opportunity to support our Management Team in all aspects of the plant environment, while training to perform management duties within the plant, and developing toward greater promotional opportunities.
Training and responsibilities are varied, working in several departments such as operations, credit, customer relations, accounting, and sales. In addition, Trainees learn line and staff functions, how to set performance goals and objectives with upper management as well as company policies and practices.
