Management Trainee

Carpenter Co., the leader in polyurethane foam manufacturing, has an opening for a Chemical Engineer - Management Trainee located at our Manufacturing Division in Temple, TX.

This position will train to perform management duties within our Prime Pour Line area with further advancement opportunities available.

Carpenter Co. employees are committed to working to ensure production goals are met while maintaining operations excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Train to learn the prime pour operation from the ground up.

  • Learns the pouring operation and production line staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies
  • Will learn to set performance goals and objectives with upper management.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
